PAGICS comprise the Cuyahoga Valley toolbox and will include model zoning codes, subdivision regulations, "green building" codes, architectural and environmental design guidelines, incentives for integrated development, stories that explain the Valley's past and describe our potential future, and best practices for everyday use. These sets of standards and ideas will be interconnected and expanded to support a culture based on economic efficiency, natural regeneration, and community health.
